Your Chatex Support Code is a short account identifier in the format CHX-XXXX-XXXX. For paid users, it appears in the footer of the welcome email with the subject Your Pro plan is ready.
Search your inbox for Your Pro plan is ready or Support code.
Check spam, junk, promotions, and any alternate inbox you may have used to subscribe.
If you used Sign in with Apple, also check the Apple private relay address tied to that account.
